Giando Group by Gianni Caprioli is a major player in the hospitality scene in Hong Kong and currently employs over 80 staff, with expertise in restaurant concept & branding, events & catering, importation & logistics, along with marketing development & strategies. The group successfully operates two restaurants, an event space, 6 retail establishments, two e-commerce platforms and a leading importer of Italian and Australian products in the Hong Kong market supplying to hospitality establishments and retail chains.
Chef GIANNI CAPRIOLI, Owner and Founder, who has recently been awarded Knighthood (Cavaliere dell’Ordine della Stella d’Italia) for his effort and contribution in bringing Italian culture abroad, brings to his company three decades’ worth of experience in the hospitality industry and commitment to the happiness of our guests.
Selecting ingredients with the utmost quality and serving the Hong Kong community through incredible food has always been at the core of Gianni’s philosophy.
The group also supplies administrative support, talent development, financial advisory, food and wine distribution, innovation and culinary development.
