Hui Xian Asset Management Limited manages Hui Xian REIT, which is the first offshore RMB‐denominated equity offering to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2011. Beijing Oriental Plaza is one of the largest and most iconic mixed-use developments in Beijing with a combined gross floor area of approximately 8.4 million square feet. Chongqing Metropolitan Oriental Plaza is an iconic mixed-use complex strategically located in Chongqing’s Jiefangbei Central Business District with a combined gross floor area of approximately 1.8 million square feet. The Westin Shenyang, Hyatt Regency Metropolitan Chongqing and Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel are five-star hotels in Shenyang, Chongqing and Chengdu respectively.
