I am a dually qualified lawyer (Italy and England & Wales) and Partner of the international law firm Gianni & Origoni (www.gop.it). I advise foreign and local investors in their cross border commercial arrangements in Hong Kong, China, Europe and Italy. I graduated in law from the University of Insubria, Italy and I am admitted to practice as a lawyer in Italy and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni in May 2015 I have been working as a lawyer in international law firms both in Hong Kong and in Milan. My areas of practice focuses on Civil, Corporate and Commercial law; General Commercial Litigation; Cross Border Transactions; Foreign Direct Investments into Italy, Hong Kong and Mainland China; M&A and corporate restructuring.
