ProPosition Management Search was founded in 1997, operating in the field of Executive and Management Search to provide a tailor-made search and selection solutions for top end management. We work with both multinational and Italian companies and operate primarily in industrial and financial markets. We strive to work in partnership with all of our clients to implement premium search processes to achieve the most efficient results. Our client-centered focus is coupled with our internally specialized teams. Our company was founded in Turin and in 2012 we opened our office in central Milan. In 2015 our Milan office moved to a much larger office space within the city and began focusing on international business development. In 2015 our London office was opened to meet the needs of the European market, and in 2016 we launched the Hong Kong office which serves as our hub for business in the Asia-Pacific market.
