Sangiorgi Vinciguerra Studio Legale is a law firm established in Hong Kong and registered as a foreign law firm with the Law Society of Hong Kong. The firm was founded by Andrea Sangiorgi and Marco Vinciguerra, two lawyers with professional experience in Italy, Hong Kong and China.
We apply our knowledge of Civil Law and Common Law and combine it with the experience gained in practicing law in Europe and Asia for over twenty five years. We, therefore, have a deep understanding of the legal issues that European clients normally face when doing business in Hong Kong, China or the Asia-Pacific region, and assist in designing effective and practicable solutions to such issues.
Our main areas of focus are corporate law, commercial law and foreign direct investment in China. We also assist in employment, data security and privacy, as well as immigration matters and provide company set-up and company secretarial services.
Our firm is in association with Hart Giles, Solicitors & Notaries. This association allows us to widen the spectrum of services offered to our clients, so as to include mediation, arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, notary public services and preparation of legal opinions on Hong Kong and English law.
